I have extensive experience in gender confirmation surgery. In my opinion, your face looks quite masculine. I don't think you need anything.

In my opinion, extrusion of a chin implant is very, very uncommon. I have actually never seen it occur. You might want to have your surgeon examine you, just to make sure there is no issue with your implant.

In my experience, the chin will normally return to the prior appearance after removal of a chin implant. It is possible that there might be some scar tissue around the implant after it's removed. Sometimes this can provide a minimal amount of augmentation if it's not removed. In general...
