I had a chin implant placed to improve my profile which it does at rest. However I have a strong ptotic chin that still hits down considerably. What are my options for revision?

Answer: Chin implant Unfortunately it is very difficult to change dynamic movement such as muscular contraction. You may have a very active Mentalis muscle. I would recommend trying some Botox in this muscle.

Several options are available including liposuction of the submental area, resection of the redundant skin, combination of the two, chin lift.
