Chin implant did not improve - what are my revision options?

Question

I had a chin implant placed to improve my profile which it does at rest. However I have a strong ptotic chin that still hits down considerably. What are my options for revision?

Hello ! Thank you for your question To be honest, I think the result of the surgery is good. You don't need revision surgery. You can only filler the gaps.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to change dynamic movement such as muscular contraction. You may have a very active Mentalis muscle. I would recommend trying some Botox in this muscle.
