How common are chin implant extrusions?

I have had my chin implant for over a year and have been able to feel the implant wing when I put my finger in my mouth. I feel no pain, it isn't uncomfortable, and I like the way the implant looks. My only worry is what is the likeliness that my chin implant wing would extrude into my mouth?

In my opinion, extrusion of a chin implant is very, very uncommon.  I have actually never seen it occur.  You might want to have your surgeon examine you, just to make sure there is no issue with your implant.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you have an off-the-shelf implant, which is likely why you can feel the wing of it. 
You should not feel irregularities like bumps, edges, or anything moving. If you can feel it from inside your mouth, the implant's tail could be too high. 
Custom implants aim to bypass such peculiarities. With a custom implant, you do not feel where the implant starts or where it begins because it is fitted tightly following the contour of your bones (the chin). 
Consult with your surgeon if you feel discomfort or notice anything odder.
