I've been on testosterone for over two years and I don't think it sufficiently masculinized my face. I'm looking for procedures to give me a more masculine appearance. I think I'd like to get something done about my eyebrow area, since it doesn't seem to project as far as a cis male's, and I'd like a more masculine jaw/chin shape.

In my opinion, extrusion of a chin implant is very, very uncommon. I have actually never seen it occur. You might want to have your surgeon examine you, just to make sure there is no issue with your implant.
If the pain has been unchanged for four years and that it’s just the way you perceive having a medpore implant.
If it’s a recent change then it warrants and evaluation.
If any area suddenly becomes very tender than medical intervention should be had right away.
