Hi Guys Is there a procedure that would be able to adjust the area around the mouth? Due to the overbite and weak sled, the mouth is pushed forward, the philtrum is straight in profile, the overbite probably caused the mouth to be pushed forward. I have always used to breathe through my mouth. The sled and chin is indistinct. I'm thinking about profiloplasty Or would braces or an upper lip lift be enough or all at once?

Yes - we do this all the time. We take tissue from the lip, from behind the ear, from a scar elsewhere on the body, or from other surgery (e.g. a facelift) to use in the lip.
Your lips in this photo look normal and natural. However, if you want to restore lip there are many ways. We use tissue grafts or fat, depending upon where the issue is and what needs to be restored.
