Would dermal graft/skin graft to lip be a good permanent solution? (Photo)

Hi professionals! I've been looking for a more permanent solution to constant lip filler and wanted to know is dermal grafting/ skin grafting to lip a good permanent solution? I've previously had a lip lift and 2x fat transfers to the lip (Fat didn't make a difference). Constantly injecting with filler is costly (and painful!) and I would love to have a more permanent solution and have come across dermal/skin grafting. Located in Australia if any dr recommendations.
