Lip reduction went wrong. Is it possible to get my fat back? (Photo)

Hi. I'm male 33y old. I had a lip reduction back in 2015. At that time I thought I had slightly bigger lips so I had a reduction surgery but I regret it soo much. Since then I'm low on confidence and feel like I made a mistake. I really want to get my fat back slightly. I would like to know is that really possible? I'm not looking for a fillers, I want to permanent result and natural look back. Kindly answer my question, I will be very thankful to all of you.

A lip lift would be the better technique. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
