Thinking about a lip flip procedure, would this be the best course of action? (Photo)

I am a 22-year-old, 6'4", 200 lbs individual seeking a consultation regarding lip enhancement. I am considering both a lip flip and lip fillers to improve the appearance of my lips. I would like to know which procedure would best suit my facial features and provide the most natural and aesthetically pleasing results.
