Hi I am 29 years old about 5’2 115lb. When I was overweight I was over 170lb and was wearing 34small D /full C. I had quite a bit of stretch marks on my breast. Currently, I am wearing 28D/ 30C. My chest size is 11cm and my skins are pretty weak so recommended 235ccMP (sientra) but I want to go bigger. Second recommendation was 255ccMP. Told My skin might not able to hold HP. So I am wendering if I will be able to do 255HP or280HP with internal bra. Or should I stick with MP?
Answer: Options for breast implant profiles Photographs would be very helpful in doing an evaluation, however, the best evaluation would occur with an in person evaluation where the dimensions of your breast could be measured to understand what your skin will naturally accommodate. Either a 255 cc high profile or a 280 cc high profile implant with some form of a breast lift, to tighten your skin around the implant should give you an excellent result. You need to discuss this in detail with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes

Answer: Implant selection If you have visited with a board certified plastic surgeon and you are comfortable with her/his credentials and discussion of your concerns then I recommend you strongly consider the advice given. This surgeon has had the opportunity to examine you and discuss your surgical goals. If you are not comfortable with your surgeon there is no harm in getting a second opinion.

Answer: Implant Profile Hi Cryptket0808, Ultimately your chest width and tissue stretch determine how large of an implant one can safely place at the time of a primary augmentation. Your surgeon has a goal to do what's safe and to make sure you are satisfied when all is said and done. Different surgeons often have different preferences when it comes to implants and profiles. Without a formal consultation it's hard to tell what is "best" for your body. Just make sure you and your surgeon are on the same page with what you want. Oftentimes sizers or 3D imaging can also be used to also help you make a decision. Best wishes in your surgical journey. Dr. Andre P. Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Breast implant size I don’t select implants based on chest diameter. A surgeon started that about twenty years ago and it’s not really as scientific as they would have you believe. I would concentrate on volume. 235 is way too small and I doubt you need the so called internal bra. I’ve never needed to do this. I would probably use 275 or 300 cc moderate profile submuscular
