Will Vaser lipo 360 smooth the bumps above my booty? (photos)

Please see my other posted question for more photos but I am specifically curious whether Vaser lipo 360 will treat this bump above my left butt cheek (I don’t have it as badly on the right). I do not want to inject the fat that’s removed (BBL), only remove.

Pending a formal evaluation, you may be a good candidate for a Revision Liposuction. You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best.

The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these limited view photos, I believe the problem is not the "bumps" but the deficient depressed areas below them. Removing them with any liposuction technique (I prefer the VASER) will make you look more masculine. Without fat transfer to fill out the deficiencies and liposuction only, you will have a poor result. You have to know the difference between an aesthetic experienced plastic surgeon and someone you ask to do what you think it's right, ie. a technician to carry out the wrong operation.
See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. Good luck.

It is unlikely that Vaser will help that area particularly if you have had a BBL in that area. If your vaser was recent it takes time for contraction and healing to occur up to one year in duration. If its a contour abnormality you may also consider sculpture therapy and or filling a defect with an additional fat transfer.Good luck

It is a lack of fat in the indented areas (R less then L). It does not matter the type of lipo but that you NEED fat grafts to help even out the deformities. Expect fees in $6,000-$8,000 ranges.

Liposuction can remove subcutaneous fat so if I contour problem man is fat related to liposuction it’s usually the correct answer. Sometimes contour can be related to skin bulges or how the skin drapes and this is often not affected by liposuction or at least not to the same extent.

The type of liposuction is irrelevant.

The only variables that matter are the candidacy for the procedure and the skill and experience of the provider.

And the pictures provided it looks like the right side is worse than the left.

It may just be the picture but on the left side there is a slight darkness over the bump on the left side. If that’s the case you may want to confirm that this does not represent some other type of growth like a benign vascular malformation.(pretty unlikely if you have it on both sides)

If you have not done so already I suggest scheduling in person consultations with local board certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with Liposuction.

Find the right plastic surgeon and everything falls into place.

If these "bumps" prove to be fatty accumulations (most likely), Vaser liposuction will eliminate them, leaving only small almost imperceptible scars. A physical examination is required. 
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.

Interesting question…
Lipo360 is a great circumferential core fat removal and sculpting technique. Fat transfer to the divot regions of the hips would be the best way to contour those areas. If fat transfer is not wanted, smoothing down the hips and buttock is possible, but skin looseness would need to be addressed. Renuvion jplasma with Vaser lipo would help.
