Can Vaser liposuction improve C-section shelf? (photos)

Question

I had this buldge/fat above my csection scar which i didnt get in my first csection. Im so bothered why i got it this 2nd time. Can vaser lipo flatten this bulge or remove the fat and flatten my lower abdomen? I just has csection 3 months ago and as much as possible i dont want to get tummy tuck. Im so bothered by this and i want it to address it

Hello @bikinibliss thank you for your question and showing you pictures. What I can see from your photos is an excess of skin and a vaser liposuction won't address that issue (what it does is to remove fat cells). Is best to have a proper assessment to determine the best option for you and what you want to achieve. I suggest you have mini tummy tuck tighten the muscles that are already a little distended and taking out a little excess of skin.A mini tummy tuck is a minimally invasive alternative to standard abdominoplasty, which involves removing excess skin and fat from the upper abdomen and it can remove some of the stretch marks.A person with good physical condition who has a flaccid abdominal skin with minimal excess and little or no distension of the abdominal muscles may be a candidate for this procedure.The good thing is that the scar is really low and small.Best wishes!

Developing a stubborn bulge after C section is a common problem, which fortunately is responsive to power assisted liposuction. Apparently, you are healthy young woman, maintaining a healthy diet and exercising, likely moving all day long while caring for two young children at home. All of the aforementioned qualities bode well for your fire results after Liposuction. However, I would suggest waiting another three months before undergoing outpatient Liposuction (allow for healing of the C section scar).

VASER or traditional tumescent liposuction will only remove excess fat but will have no effect on excess skin or muscle diastasis.  A tummy tuck would remove the excess skin and tighten the abdominal muscles:  rectus diastasis repair.  The tummy tuck scar could be placed below your C-section scar.

A scar revision will make it better. It can be done awake with a local anesthetic.

The contour irregularity from your C-section scar is due to scar tissue contraction combined with mild skin laxity.

Converting this to a mini tummy tuck or scar revision with removal of slight excess skin laxity is a much better option than liposuction.

The problem is not caused by fat distribution.

Congratulations on your new baby!
It is a bit early ( at 3 months post delivery) to be considering surgical correction of a phenomenon which will may naturally resolve over a period of 6-12 months. 
During pregnancy, the abdominal skin, soft tissue, and muscles are stretched over the developing fetus. Following delivery, the tissues will gradually demonstrate increasing tone...some with total resolution of the skin and soft tissue laxity, some not totally resolved. It is this second category which may require later surgery if resolution is incomplete and static at 6 months. 
Continue follow up with your plastic surgeon.
