I had upper and lower blepharoplasty July 2021, no fat transfer.my lower lids have changed significantly in the past few weeks. My left eye has hollowed out and it now looks very asymmetric when I smile. The hollowing seems worst in the inner corner. I have new wrinkles and skin laxity and am concerned about what will continue to happen over time. In retrospect I realize I was not a good lower bleph candidate. I'd love to hear from anyone who has corrected this issue.
