One month post op lower eyelid - worried my eyes don't look any better! Is a revision needed? (Photo)

I am a month post op for eye bag removal. I have always been massively self conscious about eye bags and fed up of people telling me I look tired. I am really concerned that I don't look any different. I had bruising and swelling which seems to have all gone but I am left with bags still, especially under my right eye. I'm meeting my surgeon in two weeks. Should I be more patient or is a revision needed?
