I have enophthalmos on my left eye. How can I have this treated? (Photo)

I would love to lower my Asymmetrical eyes level as much as possible I have enophthalmos on my left eye duo to a orbit fracture I had , it was repaired but I still have enophthalmos less than 2mm Because of the risk I wouldn't want to operate the operated eye again and i actually like it more than the none operated eye because I always had bulgy eyes My question would be, Would you recommend me having a descompresión surgery on my right eye ? Or what do you recommend as a expert Thanks,
