Hello and thank you for your question. Some people develop bags under their eyes in their 30s while others develop them in their 50s or even 60s. The timing to undergo this procedure depends on the anatomy of the patient. If you are in your 30s and see the visible need to remove the bags under your eyes, I highly recommend you go ahead with the surgery sooner than later.
