Asian female, Age 40 - can European doctors perform such surgery?

I am Asian, female and 40 years old. I’m based in Germany and wants to do rhinoplasty/alarplasty. Is it important for me to go to a doctor that specializes/has lots of experience in Asian nose jobs or European doctors can also perform such surgery? Asians has specific nose features and I’m having a hard time looking for doctors in Europe that has lots of experience with Asian noses.
