I’m 44 years old. I’m beginning to notice jowls, submental fat and loose neck skin beginning, along with forehead wrinkles and minor lines elsewhere. I’d like to address but there are so many options. In speaking with local providers, some have recommended ultherapy, some Morpheus8 and even others facial fat transfer with neck lipo. I’m attaching pictures as I need unbiased opinions. Thanks for any help and insight! Ps, will not do Botox, had a bad systemic reaction once.
Answer: Profound RF Thank you for the question and pictures. So the best recommendation would be after the physical evaluation of the area of concern but looking at the pics: In our practice we have gotten great results with RF Microneedling. At VIVAA we use profound RF (done by a physician) because its a one time treatment. It will address the laxity and the fat if there is any. Minimal down time and 100% response rate compared to ultherapy where there are non responders too. For forehead wrinkles start with good skin care and botox. Hope this helps. Thanks

Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten unwanted loose skin. Ultherapy can help lift and define facial features Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Ultherapy, Thermage, or Morpheus8? Hi and thank you for your question! Based on your description and pictures, I do think that you will see best results from Ultherapy as it can nicely tighten and lift the skin, although you need to keep in mind that there is no single silver bullet and as aging is an ongoing process, most treatments can at best achieve some incremental improvements. I am sorry to hear that you have had bad reactions to Botox in past, but in general, when it comes to treating dynamic lines, there aren't many other options that are as effective. Also, please note that while treatments like Ultherapy can work great by stimulating collagen and tightening skin, they cannot do much for volume loss, which is the hallmark of aging and that is best addressed by filler injections. I hope it helps and good luck!

Answer: Facetite RF, Morpheus8 and TCA peel all at once is the best option. Getting your face sculpted with lipo along the jawline and under the chin, Facetite to tighten the deep skin, PRP for healing, Morpheus8 for tightening the surface skin and a medium TCA peel for sluffing off the wrinkles is the best option. It is all done at once and gives amazing results.

Answer: Combination Therapy :Ultherapy with Morpheus8 Hi,By age 44 mild to moderate skin sagging is common and you can certainly tame it down. However, non invasive treatments such as ultherapy with or without Morpheus8 help to lift and tighten. With that said combination therapy of the two treatment above really makes a difference. It’s great to have collagen stimulation modality such as ultherapy as the foundation and if budget is not a problem, you can add serious of at least three Morpheus8 (one month apart) to stimulate more collagen and control wrinkles. The more collagen your body is able to stimulate the better. Ultherapy uses ultrasonic sound waves to stimulate collagen and Morpheus8 uses radio frequency approach, both are great for skin tightening. The combination therapy with good anti-aging skin care can go a long way and you may have to do once a year or every 18-24 months touch up.
