I have read that patients with a round or fuller face do not get a good result from Ultherapy. Is this always that case?

I'm a 38-year-old man, slightly overweight, and I have a fuller face. It's not round, it's more of a babyface. I was hoping to get Ultherapy to tack loose skin under my chin (it's mostly skin, not fat) and pull up my jowl area and smooth out my facial contour. Am I likely to get good results from Ultherapy? Thanks! ps - I'm healing from ptosis surgery, hence the black eye.
