Answer: A combination of ultherapy and Morpheus8 to help tighten an\d lift the neck and face. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Ultherapy vs Profound Thank you for your question. Both Ultherapy and Profound are great for tightening the face and neck. Ultherapy uses ultrasound energy where Profound uses microneedling and radio-frequency. With Ultherapy there is "little to no" downtime -sometimes swelling, bruising and tenderness can occur. Because Profound is using microneedling and a lidocaine injection prior to the treatment the downtime can be anywhere from 7-10 days which includes bruising and swelling. It is very important to seek a trained professional to determine which treatment is best for you and to discuss your expectations. Sometimes the combination of both Ultherapy and Profound can be done too!

Answer: Morpheus8 is the only one that really makes a difference. Don't waste money on those other 2 since they rarely make any difference but do get Morpheus8 since it is by far the best and really helps a lot.
