I'm just about to move forward with Ultherapy until I read some of the very scary reviews. Can it potentially melt fat on the face or not? Does the energy reach that level? Can it give permanent nerve damage? What is the reason for these scary reviews if these side effects can't happen? Thank you very much for your time and opinion.

ULtherapy is approved for treatment on the face, neck and chest. An experienced provider will advise you on the areas they can not treat (around some nerve areas and over the trachea) but rest assured the neck is an area of ultherapy we treat all the time. Best of luck.
