Did two treatments of V Beam for rosacea, a month later redness is back. Is this normal?

Unfortunately there is no cure for rosacea - it is merely a condition that needs to be managed and can flare from time to time. Even though your redness cleared after two treatments, it does not really surprise me that it returned. I would suggest investigating your triggers if you have not done so - maybe something in your diet caused it to flare back up again without you realizing. In terms of treatment, I have many rosacea patients who come regularly each month for treatment with Vbeam to manage their conditions. You may need to continue with the medication and Vbeam treatments until you get it under good control again.
