Is it normal for red vascular marks to fade in and out after V Beam?

Hi I have had 2 v beam treatments space 5 weeks apart. I had my first one 9 weeks ago. I am getting a red vascular scar treated. The redness fades in and out significantly. One minute the mark will be so red and angry and then next 3 days barely noticeable. I am so over it. I don't know what to do. Is it just not working for me? or is this a part of the healing process. I think its working and then BAM redder than it was initially. My treatments were done with no bruising. Please help me. Thank you

Yes it is normal , its takes up to 4 weeks to see improvement after vbeam laser  You should have post care instructions from your doctor after vbeam treatment.Cold compresses and aquaphor ointment right after treatment helps a lot with the inflammation.

Bruising is variable for patients, but bruising after VBeam generally lasts 7-12 days. With extensive bruising is the possibility of haemosiderin staining which can persist for a longer period, but can be improved with lasers and vitamin C pills/topical.
