Post V Beam reaction, still very red on third day, is it normal?

HI, so I had Vbeam treatment for light rosacea and some small capillary on my face about 72 hrs ago, I am still swollen and red and my face feels a bit hard when I touch it, is this normal? Any answer would be appreciated as I am really started to get scared now.Thank you
