Scarring from severe acne rosacea. What V-Beam settings should the cosmetologist use? (Photo)

ESLK
Hi Davin, I had severe acne rosacea-unfortunately i was unable to take isotretinoin. Currently dehydrated and red skin+extreme oil overproduction. If squeezing then sth coming out of every pore. Now on finacea and benzol preoxide -keeps cysts and pustules away.Thinking to start with V-beam as u said. What settings should the cosmetologist use? Maybe dermapen or peels later? am inserting pictures from start to now and hope to get recommendation for tretment. Thank you, Ele
