Hi Davin, I had severe acne rosacea-unfortunately i was unable to take isotretinoin. Currently dehydrated and red skin+extreme oil overproduction.If squeezing then sth coming out of every pore. Now on finacea and benzol preoxide -keeps cysts and pustules away.Thinking to start with V-beam as u said. What settings should the cosmetologist use? Maybe dermapen or peels later? am inserting pictures from start to now and hope to get recommendation for tretment. Thank you, Ele

I would suggest you look into having both the V-Beam and eMatrix for the redness and scars.  This combination would be ideal to treat your skin.  Please consult a board certified dermatologist with extensive training in lasers for this treatment and not a cosmetologist.  Best, Dr. Green

I agree with Dr Green. Gentle treatments such as eMatrix combined with anti-inflammatory ab's is the way to go. Simplify skin care. The BPO may keep away your cysts, but it sure flares up your rosacea. V Beam will help. You should see an experienced Board certified laser dermatologist who can discuss control of your condition.
