What is the best treatment to remove a port wine stain on head/scalp? (Photo)

I have had a port wine stain / birthmark on my scalp and I am eager to have it removed. It has become more visible over the years since I start losing my hair and now shave my head. Is there a good treatment to absolve this since it's right on my head? Thank you.

Port wine stain birthmarks respond very well to laser treatments.  These can easily be done in the office.  Sometimes, more than one treatment is needed to obtain the best results.

The birthmark you're showing in the photo should be treatable to the point of disappearing or almost disappearing.  You will likely need 3-4 treatments for the best result. The best lasers to use for that type of stain are Vbeam perfecta with a 10mm spot size at a high fluence or a Max G handpiece on the palomar icon
