I have localized Morphea and looking for a new treatment. Anyone know about lasers or any surgery to have it removed? (Photo)

I have localized Morphea for over 20 years, I'm 24 years old and I been to 100 of doctors that don't seem to know much. Anyone know if I can use laser treatments or surgery to remove them would be get I need some else besides cream and shots
