Can rippling go away?

You are still quite early in your healing phase. It is possible that as the capsule matures, the rippling could be improved or even disappear. You should get back to see your plastic surgeon so he can evaluate this and discuss reasonable expectations.

You did not state where the implants are placed but certainly relocating the implants to and under the muscle location if they have been placed above the muscle would be a correction. In addition at that fat grafting and may also be an option. I would recommend you wait approximately 3-4 months following your procedure and continue to followup with your treating plastic surgeon. Form-stable implants have the least rippling so it is a question of coverage. If your implants are under the muscle then there should be adequate coverage in the cleavage area, but you didn't mention whether the implants are under or over. Implant dimensions are also important, especially the base width. Fat grafting can be helpful in some cases but it is not possible to say specifically without more information and an in-person evaluation.

Generally speaking, palpability and rippling of breast implants may be related to several factors. These include the amount of soft tissue and breast tissue coverage over the breast implants, the position of the breast implants (submuscular versus sub glandular), the type of implants (saline versus silicone), and the degree of overfilling of saline filled implants. Generally, weight loss will extension weight any rippling/palpability of the implants. Deflation of the implants will also increase the rippling/palpability of the implants.
Correction of the rippling may involve further surgery including implant pocket exchange if possible ( sub glandular to submuscular), implant exchange if possible (saline to silicone), and/or the use of allograft to provide an additional layer of tissue between the implant and the patient's skin. It is unusual to see rippling this early, especially under the muscle. If you are above the muscle and are very thin, then it is possible to see rippling even with HP implants. You said you would rather not have surgery to fix this, but fat injections are still surgery.  Wait for two months after surgery, reassess with your surgeon and together you can have a plan to help your concerns. Sorry for your outcome to date.  As you had suggested fat grafting can help mask some ripples.  Best to keep your follow up appointments with your surgeon who can examine you and has a working knowledge of your anatomy and operative procedure.  Don't give up!

As suggested by Dr. Baxter it is critical to know if you are under the muscle because if you were, rippling with gummy bear implants at less than one month postop would be very unusual. Please repost with this information and photos.
