My implants are quite firm. When I squeeze my breasts, I only feel my implant. It's like my real breast tissue hasn't "attached" to my implant. Will they ever feel soft and "all together"? I started at a 30A - and got 405cc Sientra smooth. Thanks for any answers.

Answer: Post-Op Breast Augmentation It can be common for your implants to be firm and still be swollen and not settled yet. It can sometimes take up to 6 mos for the implants to settle in their pocket and soften. If you are concerned I would see your Plastic Surgeon immediately to make sure you are healing adequately for the timeline he/she has envisioned for you.

Answer: Implants at 8 weeks At eight weeks post surgery, it is not uncommon for the implants to feel firm. It may take several more months for them to soften. If concerned, see your surgeon.
