I had ultherapy done 6 years ago and really liked it but my neck is now saggy again and I'm wondering if it's time to get a mini neck lift or if I'm a better candidate for the less invasive ultherapy again. I'm 41 about to be 42 this year with weight fluctuations for my whole life.
