Mini Neck lift or more ultherapy? (photos)

I had ultherapy done 6 years ago and really liked it but my neck is now saggy again and I'm wondering if it's time to get a mini neck lift or if I'm a better candidate for the less invasive ultherapy again. I'm 41 about to be 42 this year with weight fluctuations for my whole life.

Hi! The answer to this question depends on what bothers you about your neck. If it is primarily skin laxity, you could always try ultherapy again. However, from what I see in your photos, you also have platysmal bands (the two vertical lines under your chin in photos 2-3). Neurotoxin can soften these some but ultimately you would need a neck surgery procedure to tighten the muscle here again. Good luck!

From the Limited photographs presented, you have fat deposits in the neck and platysmal muscle bands. A mini necklift would accomplish removal of the fat with liposuction, and tightening the platysmal bands surgically. At age 42 your skin tone should be fine and no skin removal should be necessary
