I had a mini neck lift which included a platysmaplasty and lipo. Incisions were made behind the ears and under the jaw. I've noticed platysma bands, especially one, have become prominent. Additionally, there's this concavity down the middle and a muscle bulging. What's happening to my neck contours? Why does it look so unnatural? This resembles the cobra deformity. What caused this and how can it be fixed
