Can I have a mini neck lift performed without making any changes to my face? (photos)

Ok, I really am not that worried about the rest of my face, yeah I have some crinkles under my eyes and some crows feet, that go away with botox but my platysma banding is what is really bothering me, every day it bothers me. Could I get a incision under my chin rather than my ears . Im really skinny so that probably contributes to this.
