Unhappy with chin liposuction and mini neck lift results - can a revision fix this?

I had chin liposuction and mini neck lift in Sept 2021. This isn’t the result I was expecting, based on my convos with my doctor and my research. Is there, realistically, anything that can be done to improve my results?
