I'd love to know if I got lazy eye? (photos)

I've found myself got lazy eye quiet a while, especially when I took pictures, I could of seen my eyes wouldn't be balance or I'd say it's kind of distracting from the camera, it seems my left eyeball closer to the wide corner.. Did I get a lazy eye? Or Should I necessarily seek helps from optometrist?

You have no reason to seek help from an Optometrist, unless you are having trouble with your glasses or contact lenses.You need to be evaluated by an Oculoplastics surgeon. Based on your photos, I notice the following:You are actively raising your eyebrows. This may be due to heavy, excess eyelid skin, or a droopy eyelid for which you are compensating. "Lazy" eye is a layman's term that is confusing. Some patients use it to describe a droopy eyelid. Some patients use it to describe strabismus, or crossed/turned eyes, and some people use it to describe amblyopia, a childhood condition where the vision in one eye is poor compared to the other eye.In your case, I believe that you are worrying about "crossed eyes" or strabismus. Based on the photos, it appears that you have "pseudostrabismus". This means that your wide nasal bridge and increased distance between the inner corners of they eyes give the incorrect impression that your eyes are crossed, but they truly are not. An evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon would help confirm this.

If you feel that you have a lazy eye or "wandering eye" you should request an evaluation by an ophthalmologist (eye doctor)  who can examine your vision and determine the cause before proceeding with any elective surgery. An optometrist can test your vision but would not be able to medically treat your situation.
