Is there anything I can do to remove a under eye bags, upper lip shadow and a nasolabial crease? Help I'm only 19.

I have deep lines under my eyes which I have recently learnt are Debbie Morgan folds, a dark smile line (crease) on the left side of my face and a dark shadow on my upper lip. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these. I have been using almond oil under my eyes and on my upper lip. I am only 19 and a student and don't have the money for really expensive treatment. Thank you
