Restylane Defyne is a new hyaluronic acid filler that was specifically developed with XpresHAn Technology to deliver longer-lasting, more natural appearing results. In clinical studies, Defyne showed a meaningful improvement in wrinkle severity for up to 12 months in the majority of patients. 
Every patient is different. For my patients with more advanced signs of aging, I will often recommend a series of treatments to achieve meaningful initial results. I find that top-off treatments are required for the most durable results. The nature of your skin quality, skin care routine, other aesthetic treatment, the rate of your metabolism and other factors may also affect the duration of results. Additionally, a healthy lifestyle and effective skin care routine may help protect your results. 
It is also possible that another product may be best suited to your anatomy and goals. Sometimes deep wrinkles may be best corrected by a treatment plan that includes a combination of injectable products and other procedures.
