Any side effects from this? Is a warm flush on the cheeks something to be concerned about?

I have never had filler but want to have marionette lines filled and restylane was suggested as was told juvederm Can cause lumps I’m just worried as I read that a side effect can be warm flush on cheeks inflammation? Is this something to be concerned about?
