Any side effects from this? Is a warm flush on the cheeks something to be concerned about?

I have never had filler but want to have marionette lines filled and restylane was suggested as was told juvederm Can cause lumps I’m just worried as I read that a side effect can be warm flush on cheeks inflammation? Is this something to be concerned about?

On my computer this discoloration looks more brown than red. Do you have any hyperpigmentation on the forehead or sides of your face? I have never seen this after use of filler. This looks like melasma. I would have your dermatologist look at this and treat . Be sure to use a total sun block all...
