I got saline implants 300ccs. Now, I dont personally like implants I am older and dont care as much anymore. I am a mom as well. But I was 32AA before implants and so I had no boobs. I would like to have SOMETHING but doesnt have to be a lot. Even a full A I would be happy with. However I am small. 5'9" and 120lbs so not a lot of fat. But I still would like to try to help a little is this possible for me?
Answer: Explantation using The Bellesoma Method Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs but it is possible to remove your implants with a simultaneous lift. The technique I recommend is explantation using The Bellesoma Method. Your implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed, if not injured during your previous surgery. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Fat transfer An examination would need to be performed to determine if you are a candidate for fat removal. Based on the description you provided, it is unlikely that enough fat would be able to be harvested to make enough of a difference to undergo the procedure. An examination by a board certified plastic surgeon will help answer your questions.

Answer: Fat transfer vs breast implants Fat transfer is an alternative option to breast implants *if* you have enough fat for donor source. To replace a single 300 cc implant, you would likely need to harvest almost twice that volume in fat since not all of the liposuction aspirate is good enough to use for fat transfer (the liquidy part is discarded, and only the "fluffy, good fat" can be used. To replace both sides you would need over a liter of liposuction aspirate. If you are only 120 pounds and 5'9", most likely you do have enough fat to maintain the size you currently have, but you may be a candidate for something smaller. I recommend seeing a (board certified) plastic surgeon in consultation to determine if you are a candidate. (The only reason I am attaching a link to my breast lift category is to show what a very small volume of fat transfer can do. Please see the 4th row (4th patient) down from the top, for an example.)

Answer: Fat Transfer Yes, this is very possible. I this is my usual approach. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified, Double Fellowship-Trained Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Implant removal Dear virtualgirl1989,yes, that is one option. You can get implant removal followed by fat transfer. Fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. You should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
