Question

I have EC PIP breast implants. The surgeon has not removed all contents, been ill for over 2 years. A&E removed as I had cellulitis. But the stuck escaped parts esp in the right breast, not removed. They have also not removed armpit free silicone. I’ll stay stuck as so adhered to my rib cage. Pls see scans. What do I do? 5 days since Explant. Right still stuck. They did say they removed capsules, but this was stuff outside them. As you can see my rib cage has twisted due to being stuck.

It's not a simple answer I'm afraid, one has to judge on the invasiveness of another surgery to remove the silicone vs. the potential harm that the silicone may pose. As it's only been 5 days since the operation, the best approach would be to be patient until the swelling and inflammation has subsided, and then make the decision together with your surgeon depending on the symptoms you're presenting.
