Complications 3 mos post op with explant and mastopexy with Galaflex mesh. Infection or something else? Please help! (photos)

3/13 Explant, lift w galaflex. 6/2 Redness began, ABX started. 6/4 Blister like appearance. 6/5 Incised & drained "softball size" amt, mostly clear, no odor. Packed/wicked thru 7/13. 7/10 ABX started. 7/13 Discontinued wicking. 7/16 Began draining a lot of fluid. 7/18 Surgery, removed small amt of necrosis & mesh, no sign of infection. 7/18 ABX started. 7/18 Removed drain. 8/2 Redness began. 8/5 ABX started. 8/7 Redness increased, area very hard and painful. Your input is very much appreciated.
