I want to know the pros and cons of getting liposuction around my neck, also chin reduction (Photo)

Based on your picture you seem to be a good candidate for facetite to tighten the area, an in-person consultation would be best for a detailed exam and evaluation.Always see a board certified PS.

I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting. Jasmine.  It appears from your photograph that you would be an excellent candidate for micro liposuction of the neck to contour the area quite nicely. In this technique, small cannulas are used to allow the plastic surgeon to sculpt the neck region by removing the fat. It is still the gold standard for treatment of fat in the neck region. Kybella is an injectable that dissolves fat from the submental region, however requires at least two treatments and final results take over six months to be realized. It is not nearly as effective as liposuction, in my opinion.I am not certain exactly what you mean by chin reduction, however you should consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Thanks for the question using modern techniques and technology you can get a reliable shape change to your neck, these procedures will not remove skin and in time you skin will loosen but I do not think you are a good candidate for a neck skin removal procedure or a neck lift. This can be comfortably, safely, and reliable done under local anesthesia for a reasonable price. Chin reduction surgery requires bone removal and jaw manipulation an oral surgeon may be best for this

Kybella will dissolve the submental neck fat and tighten the skin and adding some filler along the pre-jowl area will restore your jawline. More than one treatment session with Kybell may be required; However, it is a procedure that is performed in the doctor's office. As women age the jaw moves back, like a sliding drawer and reduces in size,. The filler, when placed over the bone will restore this loss volume, restore the vertical height of the jaw, and produce beautiful and natural results. With the long chin with an excessive soft tissue chin pad your chin reduction would be done through a submental approach reducing both bone and excessive ptotic soft tissue. Through this same approach neck liposuction can be done as well.
