What is the most effective non surgical option for tightening and toning the skin on the abdomen and thighs?

I am 5’1 114 pounds and work out 5 days a week predominantly with weight lifting. I have had 5 children as well as past sun exposure (I now minimize this) and have loose skin on my lower abdomen as well as thighs above my knees, upper inner thigh and some creepiness in the upper outer thigh when sitting “ criss cross”. I do not need fat reduction, just strictly tightening
