I’m 32 and over the last two years I gained around 10kg then lost it again. As a result I think my face has aged quite quickly - my lower face seems to have loose skin that folds when I smile, and I’ve developed noticeable lines under my eyes. I already use a topical retinoid on an evening and sunscreen every day, but am not sure how to fix the looseness in my face?
Answer: Morpheus8 can help you achieve a more defined look and reduce appearance of loose skin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Rejuvenation of face post weight loss Hello! As a young person and with your presentation, there are nonsurgical options. Filler products would likely improve appearance and provide some fullness you have lost with weight loss. Many of these products have impact beyond just volume, with intrinsic improvement seen. Fat transfer is another great option.I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation. You can find one at plasticsurgery.org. Best of luck!

Answer: Vivace and filler Hello, my recommendation would be vivace (microneedling with radio frequency) to first tighten the loose skin, then you can always add filler to any areas where you feel you need more volume.

Answer: Loose facial skin after weight loss Congratulations on your weight loss! Whenever someone undergoes significant weight loss, there is also loss of volume around the face. This problem can be solved by using volume replacement by administrating filler to sculpt the face and add the loss fat
