Skin tightening treatments for stomach? (Photo)

Before jumping into relatively expensive "bells and whistles" skin tightening devices whose hard science to back them to date lags far behind their marketing hype, I would suggest investigating some simpler and often less expensive approaches. Profhilo is a unique hyaluronic acid-based bioremodeling agent that stimulates collagen and elastic fiber production in the upper layer of the skin and preserves the viability of fat cells in the subcustaneous layer--all of which translates into greater skin elasticity and support. Hyaluronic acid skin boosters, such as Juvederm Volift, Restylane skinboosters, and Viscoderm Hydroboosters increase skin hydration and thereby give rise to superficial stretching and greater tightness of the skin. And finally, if necessary, relatively inexpensive professional microneedling may be used to further stimulate new, native collagen and elastic fiber synthesis and to diminish surface crepyness. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

According to the pictures, the best option should be surgical skin removal. The key here is to understand what you would like to achieve, what are your expectations. In my clinical practice, if the patient refuses to undergo for tummy tuck surgery, then there are less invasive surgical procedures such as BodyTite or Renuvion which can improve skin retraction and non-surgical treatments e.g. Profhilo.
It is important to perform a detailed surgical assessment i.e. to assess the quality of the skin (elasticity) before to proceed with the surgery. In addition, it is also required to review their medical history (age, smoking status, previous surgeries, current medications) in order to reduce risk of complications.
I would recommend to make an appointment with an expert surgeon in body contouring for a medical/surgical assessment in order to make a bespoke treatment.

You probably need some sort of skin removal to be happy, but this really just depends upon your expectations.  BodyTite is capable of producing a 45% contraction in tissues. It can be combined with liposuction to improve contours dramatically. BodyTite rids the body of some fat cells and only works well for people who are near their target weight and who have skin elastic enough to bounce back from the procedure, If you maintain your target weight within 5 to 10 pounds of your goal weight, the results should last for years. BodyTite can be performed in sessions. I recommend you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for a proper evaluation.
