What are my options to smooth out the stretch marks and crepey skin on my abdomen? (Photo)

Hello! I had Renuvion done and it worked great. I bundled that with profound and Halo which I also believe made a big difference. Those were in May 2018. I additional had 1 plasma pen treatment. In the fall of 2019. Which. I don’t think did much of anything. I’m very pleased with where I’m at, compared to where I started. (Small frame, 2 8lb+ babies...torpedo belly) Are there any options to smooth out the stretch marks and crepey skin left? Sculptra? Another round of Halo? Any suggestions?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

In truth, non-surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, Cellutone/Zwave. However, for best results, a Tummy Tuck procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend VASER HI-DEF Liposuction with ThermiRF, Renuvion, InMode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Hello, I think you would experience some nice results with Vivace.  Vivace is microneedling with radio frequency and tightens the skin really nicely.  It also helps with scarring and stretch marks.
