I'm interested in getting a 1-piece custom chin/jaw implant mainly to improve my appearance. However, I'm hoping it can also help with TMJ. Basically, would I feel a stretch in my neck, upper face or behind my jaw? I've indicated some pain points in an attached image. I understand the investing layer of the deep cervical fascia is connected to A, B and C. Although the implant wouldn't be involved with some of these muscles directly. Would I feel a stretch there because of the fascia?
