Hello, I'm wondering what the best grafts to use during a Sliding Genioplasty surgery for the step off caused by moving the chin forward, along with the labiomental fold caused by moving the chin forward. After consulting with several surgeons it seems some use Gortex strips, your own bone, bone banks, artificial bone etc. What type of graft will create the best result and why? Thank you.
