I've posted some pics of my jaw/chin area below. As can be seen based on these photos, (a) my chin is quite short in vertical length, (b) my jaw is somewhat narrow, and (c) my jawline is not very angular (it's more round-ish). I'm wanting to fix each of these three things. I want my chin to be vertically longer, my jaw to be somewhat wider, and my jawline to be more angular. To achieve all of this, would a (custom) wrap around jaw implant in combination with, say, a chin wing be the best option?

I prefer to fix all chin implants using 1 or 2 mini-screws to prevent any possible movement or malposition. The implant will eventually become encapsulated and at that point no further movement is possible. I don't know of any cons to using mini-screws in the face. I use them for facial fracture...
