Getting BBL in 3 weeks! Is 350cc in each side enough to make a difference? I want a perky round butt not huge. (photo)

All I can say, that based on the posted photos, you have enough fat to achieve a good result. It is impossible to evaluate your buttock shape, size, and frame in compression underwear. Your BMI is 22, but 350cc/buttock will not be hard to harvest. You might need more, since depending on your surgeon's technique and fat handling, you can loose 30-50% of the volume placed. This would leave you with 175-245cc final volume. Theese are the questions you need to clarify with your surgeon preoperatively. A forum like this can give you only general guidance. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
