2020 skin tightening for thighs, what is the best treatment?

I need the best skin tightening treatment for cellulite reduction in my thighs and butt. In 2020 is there anything that actually works? I notice when I pull my skin up my cellulite goes away, so I'm thinking if I can have actual skin tightening this will help! I don't want fat loss, just skin tightening. I'm hoping to find something that works within 6 weeks that will not leave me bruised for my vacation. Thank you!

The thighs are a very difficult area to treat. A device I have seen great results with is called J plasma/Renuvion. This uses heat heat plasma to tighten the skin. This is done through a small incision and the results are truly transformative. I believe non invasive treatments will give a  very small degree of skin tightening but it will take longer time to see results and those can become costly, nothing works when you do it once.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Nonsurgical options give only mild improvement as compared to surgical lifting. If there is a lot of skin laxity, a Thigh Lift procedure performed at the same time as a VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction procedure (with ThermiRF, Renuvion, and InMode BodyTite) would give the most improvement. Other options for skin tightening would be a combination approach with Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, and Cellutone / ZWave. The Exilis Ultra is a great treatment for tightening do the thighs. It increases Collagen and Elastin in the area treated by 33%. Results are seen at about 90 days. Treatments should by a series of 4 ranging from 1-2 weeks apart!
