Is a radio-frequency facelift appropriate to reduce a double chin?

I have been looking into either CoolSculpting, SculpSure and radio-frequency in order to treat my small (size of a 50 cent coin) fat pocket under my chin. I am a 20 y/o female and was wondering whether a radio-frequency facelift is appropriate for tightening and reducing the prominence of the pocket of fat. I have read it works to reduce the prominence of double chins. What is the best option for me to remove a very small area of fat? (Note: I have a BMI of 20)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

In my opinion, I would suggest something non-invasive. Kybella, micro needle radio frequency with the new Profound device, CoolSculpting and  SculptSure would all be recommended. If there is excess fat under the chin without excess skin, I would say the best method to improve this is with liposuction.  CoolSculpting and SculpSure can also reduce fat in that area to some extent.  Another option would be Kybella injections.  It would be very unusual for a 20 year old to have excess skin under the chin, so most 20 year olds do not need skin tightening in this area.  Since you mentioned that the area of fat under your chin is very small, Kybella might be a good option for you.
